Refund policy

We want you to love your soap. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery at milagrogoatfarm@gmail.com. Returns are accepted on unused soaps in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our error.

Please email us with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Due to the nature of handmade products, we do not accept returns on used items or custom orders.
